Planning Support Services

Our signature package. We'll provide guidance to help you plan your perfect big day. There's no need to stare aimlessly at a mile-long to-do list. More affordable than a full-service planner, and ideal for those excited to dive in but unsure where to begin.

With this package, we will empower you to plan the wedding of your dreams, and will be there to support you every step of the way. Ideally, this package should begin approximately 14 months ahead of your desired wedding date.

• Includes monthly 30-minute meetings and unlimited email communications to address questions that pop up.

• During each meeting, we will review a set of monthly planning tasks to keep you on track. We will discuss schedule, progress, delegation, challenges, and tips to help make the process smooth and fun. Think of us as part personal secretary, part cheerleader!

• Can be customized for shorter engagements.

There’s nothing worse than a wedding website full of pages that read “Coming soon” (okay maybe there are some things worse… but still!). For a polished look, prepare your wedding website before sending out save-the-dates. Don't let this become a daunting task that haunts you until you check it off the list - we're here to take it off your plate.

• Includes two meetings plus the creation of a standard wedding website on The Knot platform.

• In addition to building the site, we will teach you how to upload your guest list to utilize online RSVPs and add pop-up reminders to the homepage for last-minute details.

A comprehensive timeline will allow you to be intentional throughout your wedding day and soak up every moment.

• Includes two meetings and the delivery of a wedding day master timeline plus customized versions for the immediate family/wedding party and vendors.

• Final timelines will be delivered no later than two weeks prior to the wedding so you can provide to everyone involved in the big day.

• Peace of mind in knowing that you'll be providing clear directions to your family, wedding party and vendors, ensuring a smooth flow of the day. Communication is key!

Your wedding day will probably fly by in a flash. Make sure to thoroughly capture the memories by compiling a detailed shot list so that nothing (and no one!) is missed.

Many photographers will discuss a shot list with you prior to your wedding day, but this package is perfect for any couple utilizing a friend/family member for photography, or to provide additional detail to your photographer to ensure no shots are missed.

• Includes a consultation to discuss your most desired shots, the overall flow of your day, and the people involved so that we can outline a proposed shot list for your photographer to use as a guide. 

• As a takeaway after our session, Signed & Sealed will create and deliver the shot list to execute on your big day.

• Reduced chance that key shots or photos with cherished loved ones will be missed. Trust us, these key shots don't just happen organically!

• Increased efficiency for your photographer, so they are aware of the plan up front and don't have to waste time with lots of questions on your wedding day. They'll be better able to focus on capturing amazing shots!

Your beloved uncle or best friend has agreed to perform your wedding ceremony - great! The only problem is that they've never officiated a wedding before, and have no idea how to write a ceremony.

While having a family member or friend officiate is meaningful, it can be a big ask, especially for someone who has never done it before. Make the process seamless by providing your officiant with a script. It’s best to begin this process 5-7 months ahead of the wedding to allow ample time for your officiant to practice and get comfortable.

• Includes two meetings with the couple and one meeting with the officiant along with an original and legal ceremony script.
