Cancellation / Change Policy
As outlined in all Signed & Sealed service contracts, the Client may cancel the contract at any time, for any reason.

For all Planning Support Services and Support with Other Festivities, no refunds will be provided once services have begun. (Exception: “Planning Support” package may be refunded at a pro-rated rate, based on how many months of service have been provided.)

For Wedding Day Support (and other in-person event support, such as the Shower Assistant package), clients are entitled to a 50% refund if the cancellation occurs 6 months or more prior to the Event Date (minus the cost of any services already underway). Clients are entitled to a 25% refund if the cancellation occurs 3 – 6 months prior to the Event Date (minus the cost of any services already underway). Cancellations less than 3 months prior to the Event Date are not entitled to a refund.
If Signed & Sealed must cancel the agreement, all monies previously paid by the Client will be refunded, unless such cancellation is necessitated by the acts or omissions of the Client.
