Coordinator will ensure the timeline moves forward according to plan (adjusting for any unexpected curveballs). Coordinator will ensure vendors are accounted for and have everything they need upon arrival. Coordinator will also ensure no one has to look at their watch on wedding day – they will consistently check in with the couple, bridal party, vendors and family to ensure the many moving pieces of the day flow smoothly, making for a calmer and more enjoyable occasion for all.
