This package includes our Timeline Creation package, plus coordination services at rehearsal and coordination for up to 10 hours on wedding day. 

 

Coordinator will ensure the timeline moves forward according to plan (adjusting for any unexpected curveballs). Coordinator will ensure vendors are accounted for and have everything they need upon arrival. Coordinator will also ensure no one has to look at their watch on wedding day – they will consistently check in with the couple, wedding party, vendors and family to ensure the many moving pieces of the day flow smoothly, making for a calmer and more enjoyable occasion for all.
